Policies:
- Two night minimum stay is required.
- Prepayment of half the rent is due upon signing lease agreement.
- Payable by phone, personal check, or money order.
- Full payment required 21 days before occupancy.
- Personal check will not be accepted and payments must be made in full for leases made within 21 days of occupancy.
- There is no refund for cancellations 30 days prior to occupancy.
- $500 Cash or Credit Card deposit required.
- Deposit refunded within 7 days of inspection given no damages, lost, or stolen items.
- No refunds will be given for weather or inability to reach unit because of weather.
- Linens and Towels are available for
$50. Otherwise guests should provide
their own linens and towels. 1 King, 1

Pet Policy:
 We
at Bear Bottom Cabins are pet lovers as
well and hate to leave our friends
behind. However, unruly pets are not
welcome at any Bear Bottom Cabin. If you
feel uncertain about your pet's
behavior, PLEASE LEAVE THEM AT HOME! We
understand that these are strict
policies but pet damage significantly
increases wear and tear on a home.
However, we don't want to ruin a
vacation opportunity for a responsible
pet and a responsible owner.
- Additional $250 Pet Deposit Required.
- Additional $25 Pet Fee per night.
- Pets are NOT allowed on the beds or on furniture.
- No pets under one year old.
- No pets over 60 lbs.
- Pets can NOT be left in the cabin unattended unless they are placed in a portable kennel.
- You must FIRST have permission from us BEFORE arriving.
- There is a TWO pet MAXIMUM.
- Additional conditions may be in the pet contract in the lease agreement.
